SEEN Sky Bar

An Art Deco rooftop bar on the 9th floor of the Hotel Tivoli Avenida da Liberdade, with 360-degree views over the city, the Tagus and São Jorge Castle. Resident and guest DJs play every night, and sunset is the busiest time, so book ahead to get a seat. The dress code is smart casual, and some visitors in 2026 were turned away for ripped jeans or sportswear. Expect higher prices than at most places in Lisbon.
