The Iron Bear

Austin's only LGBTQ+ bar and grill, running a full kitchen through lunch and dinner before the back stage and dance floor take over at night. Founded by and for the bear community, it's kept that leaning crowd of bears and cubs over more than a decade without any door attitude to speak of. Weeknights rotate through karaoke, trivia and poker, and the small patio out front is the spot for a drink and some people-watching on 6th Street.
