A leather and fetish cruise bar on the fifth floor of a building on Mathiasstraße, Deck 5 has operated for over 30 years and draws a predominantly 40s–50s male clientele. It features a dark room and is open every day except Tuesdays from 8pm.

One of Germany's oldest gay cruise bars, Pullermanns has operated on Mathiasstraße since 1972 and draws a predominantly over-35 male crowd. Monday nights are Naked Parties from 6pm, and Sundays feature fetish-oriented programming.

Cologne's largest men-only cruise club at over 400 square metres, Station 2B occupies the former Senftöpfchen-Theater on Pipinstraße and features a ground-floor bar, stage, and dance floor alongside a basement cruising labyrinth with cabins, gloryholes, and a dark room. The club reopened in 2025 and runs regular themed fetish and rubber nights.
