Mother Club

Dublin's longest-running queer club night, going since 2003, Mother holds its Saturday slot at Lost Lane with a focus on electronic music — techno and house rather than the chart-pop format that dominates elsewhere.

The night runs midnight to 3am on Saturdays, which means arriving early adds little — the floor only finds its footing well into the small hours. Lost Lane sits just off Grafton Street, putting it in the thick of the city centre, though the venue itself reads more as a dedicated club space than the bar-with-a-dancefloor format common elsewhere in Dublin.
