Instytut sits in an interesting middle ground — it’s got the bar and social energy of a proper gay night out and the infrastructure of a cruise club, without fully committing to either. The layout works: you can spend the evening at the bar or descend into the basement depending on the mood. The themed event calendar is well-run and gives each night a distinct identity, with Tuesday nude parties and weekend nights drawing the biggest crowds.
